Refund & Return Policy

Understand our policies before you buy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media (CD, DVD, cassette, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition or damaged
  • Items returned after 30 days

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@lidnixco.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
